General Questions

  • We use high-quality oils and butters (Shea, Coconut, Olive,Caster, and Cocobutter) in our products. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and palm-oil free.

  • Our products are handmade out of Winnipeg, Canada.

    Due to the nature of handmade products, each product may have slightly varying characteristics than the product photo.

  • While we do use heavy red and black mica powders, they will not stain.

Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are accepted through our website.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We also have AfterPay enabled.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location, typically between 5-10 days within Canada.

  • Orders may be changed within 48 hours and cancellations within 24 hours. Please contact us if you have changes or cancellations and include your order number for quick reference.

  • We use Canada post for shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over $60 with code FREESHIP. At this time, we currently ship within Canada and the US with the goal to expand!

  • We are currently offering contactless pickup or delivery Monday to Sunday 10AM - 9PM. Please make sure to select “In-Person Pickup” under the shipping options.

  • Please contact us via one of our contact methods for all wholesale inquiries.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are available for another product of the same value. If you experience a reaction using your products, please discontinue use and contact us for a refund.

    Refunds will be provided via the payment method used to place your order.

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged products and shipping box and email the photos to us with your order number.
